British Prime Minister Gordon Brown appeared before the British Inquiry Court on the handling of the Iraq War. Mr. Brown oversaw war funding while Chancellor of the Exchequer from 1997 to 2007. He faced questions about war costs and funding while Chancellor and his handling of the war's aftermath since he became Prime Minister in 2007.
